Carl was an amazing agent for us. He worked tirelessly to get the best price for our vacation home and always made helpful suggestions. We live in a different state and we relied on him to explain Florida rules and regulations that were relevant. Couldn't have done it without him. We also owe many thanks to Karen in his office too. Carl Johnson helped me to buy an investment house inside Reunion Resort. His knowledge in real estate and his investment thoughts are highly appreciated. He knows the houses and knows what he is selling. He is very trustworthy. We had the previous deal fell through and he looked like someone we could trust. In Florida, the buyers should be very careful with the 10 days review period. Florida review periods are by calendar days not by business days, therefore, all the hodidays count. Previous deal the inspection was ordered on 11th day and got the report on 13th day. Whatever the outcome of an inspection didn't matter. I was in the risk of losing my escrow money if I didn't go through the house. It came out the roof needs to be done...that alone is over $30,000. An inspector and the agent didn't invite me to be at the inspection although I requested numerous times. Karen, the office manager was a great help. I asked for a lot of things because I am new in Orlando. She helped me without any hesitation. I highly recommend Carl and Karen for any buyers looking for a house.
Carl was not the first agent I called but when I called and left a message with my name he called me back within 10 minutes and had more information about our home than I expected which mean he's the type of person does his homework before he returns the call, I was very impressed with his knowledge. Carl was very professional and willing to help in the whole process of selling our home. He was always very responsive and patient with all the questions. We would highly recommend Carl for buying or selling your home as well. Just a quick shout out for his amazing assistant Karen who was amazing and knowledgeable. Best service I could have asked for!!!
